Business Development Director
BBM&D is seeking an individual with a marketing education background as our Business Development Director. We're looking for someone with the confidence to approach new business, leveraging BBMD's experience in an informed, engaged and knowledgeable manner. Confidence, superior people skills, strong personal presence, listening skills, and strategic thinking are important. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain high client satisfaction, work quality, profitability, and team satisfaction. They must also be highly self-motivated.
Based on their knowledge of client needs, identifying and solving existing client business problems, finding and securing new opportunities with existing clients and partnering on the development of business with new clients is important. The Business Development Director maintains multiple client relationships. Helpful: 1-2 years experience in new business development in this or related field, account management, planning, or a corporate/brand environment.
